Richard returns to his  country of birth to explore some of the most remote and beautiful islands off the coast of Scotland. Join him as he braves the cold waters of the North Atlantic to sustainably harvest sea kelp which is a surprising ingredient in one of Scotlands newest and most highly acclaimed gins. He'll visit the ruins of ancient Scottish cultures and enjoy some of the world famous beaches that these islands have to offer.  He'll learn the heritage and history of Scotland's oldest continuous company, renowned world wide for its magical cloth called  Harris Tweed and find out  how this "cottage" industry is making a comeback. And of course no visit to Scotland would be complete with playing a round of golf.
